Terms of Service
Effective date: June 26, 2026 Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and newl.ink ("we", "us", or "our") and govern your access to and use of the website at newl.ink, its subdomains, profile pages, and related services (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
newl.ink is a private "link-in-bio" service that hosts simple profile pages displaying information and outbound links to third-party destinations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority/digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts and editor responsibilities
If you are an editor or account holder:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are solely responsible for the content you publish on a profile page ("Your Content"), including its legality, accuracy, and any links it contains.
- You must promptly notify us at support@newl.ink of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to publish Your Content and that it does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party or any law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; post or link to content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that exploits or endangers minors; post or link to malware, phishing, or scams; impersonate any person or entity; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; scrape or harvest data except as expressly permitted; interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; circumvent any security or access-control measure; or make, promote, or link to unlawful, false, or misleading claims, including unapproved health, medical, therapeutic, or disease-related claims (see Section 9).
We may investigate and take appropriate action, including removing content and suspending or terminating access, for any actual or suspected violation.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and our trademarks and logos, is owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of Your Content. By publishing Your Content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Service. This license ends when Your Content is removed, except to the extent it has been shared with others, is retained in backups, or must be kept to comply with law.
6. Third-party links and destinations (disclaimer)
The core purpose of the Service is to display outbound links to third-party websites, products, and services that we do not own or control.
- We do not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party site, content, product, service, offer, or claim.
- Your access to and use of any third-party destination is entirely at your own risk and is governed by that third party's terms and policies, not ours.
- We are not a party to any transaction between you and any third party.
7. No warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content (including third-party content) is accurate or current.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL newl.ink BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Health, wellness, and product disclaimer
Some profile pages hosted on the Service may relate to brands in the peptide, supplement, or wellness space and may link to third-party stores or content.
- We do not make, endorse, or verify any medical, health, therapeutic, or disease-related claims.
- Any product or wellness information accessible through the Service is provided by third parties for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
- We do not manufacture, sell, ship, or stand behind any third-party product. We are not responsible for the safety, legality, quality, labeling, or regulatory status of any third-party product.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any product. Nothing on the Service is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless newl.ink from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your violation of any third-party right.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, except where mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence. Where permitted, you and we agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the email below.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
